Enrolling in second Luscii program

You can be enrolled in multiple health programmes at the same time, all accessible through one login.

You can log in once (with your email or username) and see all their programmes in one place.

How does it work?

  • Home Screen - The app shows tabs for each programme you are enrolled in. You can switch between programmes to see the relevant tasks/actions for each one.
  • Messaging - Each programme gets its own inbox. Messages stay separate — you only see a programme's messages when you tap into that inbox.
  • Actions (+ button) - Extra actions are grouped by programme
  • Notifications - Changing notification preferences applies to all programmes at once.
  • Absence - You can set time away either for all or individual programmes separately.

Find the answer to your question

Are you trying to log in to the Thuismeten app but encountering issues? First, follow the steps of the logging in article. If you still cannot log in, there could be several reasons:

  • You cannot find the "Get Started with Thuismeten" email:

    • Your healthcare provider may not have registered you for Thuismeten yet. Contact your healthcare provider.
    • The email might have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  • You are trying to log in with your email address but receive the message "This email address or username is not known to us":

    • Your email address might not be your username for the Thuismeten app. Check the "Get Started with Thuismeten" email to find the correct username.
    • If you haven't received the "Get Started with Thuismeten" email, your healthcare provider may not have created your account yet. Contact your healthcare provider to confirm.
  • You are trying to log in with a new account but receive the message "Your account has been stopped":

    • Your healthcare provider might have created a second account for you. Check your email inbox for the most recent "Get Started with Thuismeten" email, which will contain the correct username.
  • You are not receiving the login code:

    • The email with your login code might have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. Check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you receive the email ‘Your actions for today have not been submitted,’ it means you have not completed the actions for that day in the Home screen of the Thuismeten app. If your actions have been successfully submitted, a blue checkmark will be visible next to the action in the Home screen.

Note: It is possible that new actions have been added to the Home screen based on previously submitted measurements. If you do not complete these actions, you will also receive a notification by email.

If you enter measurements via the ‘Self-care’ screen, these measurements will not be marked as completed under ‘Home’.

If you are experiencing issues with performing the heart rate measurement via the camera lens, you can try the following tips to resolve the problem:

  • Warm your hands under warm water and shake them well to improve blood circulation to the fingertips.
  • Try a different finger if it doesn't work with a particular finger.
  • Make sure you do not move during the measurement.
  • Do not press your finger against the lens.
  • Place your hand on a stable surface.
  • Ensure there is sufficient light in the room.
  • Do not start a measurement if your device's battery percentage is lower than 10%.

It is possible that your measurement schedule is different than expected or has changed over time.

Your healthcare provider schedules actions in the measurement schedule. The measurement schedule is located in the ‘Home’ screen in the Thuismeten app. For questions about your measurement schedule, you should contact your healthcare provider.
