In the Luscii app, in the ‘Home’ screen, you can see on which days the hospital expects measurements.
Checking daily actions
- Look at the circle at the top of the 'Home' screen. If you have actions planned for that day, it shows the progress percentage of completed actions. When the circle is fully round and reaches 100%, all actions for that day are completed and submitted.
- Visible Actions on 'Home' Page: Below the box with the percentage, you can see the outstanding actions for that day.
Multiple measurements per day
- It is possible that you need to perform multiple measurements on the same day. This depends on the care plan agreed with you.
Submitting actions
- Submitting Measurements and Actions: After performing an action, such as a blood pressure measurement, you need to submit it by clicking "Done" in the top right corner of the screen. A checkmark will appear next to the action after you have completed it.
Checking future actions
When you see "Nothing planned for today," you can click on "My Measurement Schedule" to open your measurement schedule. Additionally, under 'My Measurement Schedule,' you can see when your next measurement is scheduled.
By opening "My Measurement Schedule," you will enter a new window with the weekly schedule.
Checking daily actions
- Look at the Circles: At the top of the screen, you see circles for each day of the week (from Monday to Sunday).
- Look for Dots and Bars:
- A dot in a circle indicates that actions are planned for that day.
- A progress bar around the circle shows how many actions are completed for that day. When you have completed all the planned actions for that day, the bar is fully around the circle.
Using the Calendar Function
- Calendar Icon: Next to the date on the right side, you will find a calendar icon. By clicking on it, you open a calendar where you can view the planned actions for the coming months.
Discrepancies in the Schedule
