To remove a program, there should be no patients linked to that program. Follow these steps to check and remove the program:

  1. Check Patients:

    • Go to the 'Patients' tab.
    • Filter by the specific program you want to remove.
  2. Transfer Patients:

    • Transfer the patients to another program (this includes patients with all statuses). This ensures that no patients are linked to the program you want to remove.
  3. Remove the Program:

    • Go to the program you want to remove.
    • Click on 'Details'.
    • At the bottom of the page, you can now click on 'Remove Program'.

By following these steps, you can safely remove a program after all patients have been transferred to another program.

This issue may occur if there are still patients in a group associated with a specific program. To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Export Patient Data:

    • Export all patient data.
  2. Filter Exported Data:

    • Filter the data by 'Group' and 'Program'.
    • This will show you exactly which patients are still linked to the group with the respective program.
  3. Transfer Patients:

    • Move all patients out of the program (including all statuses: active, created, stopped, and canceled) to another group.
  4. Unlink the Program:

    • Once all patients have been transferred, you can unlink the program from the original group.

By following these steps, you can successfully unlink a program from a group after ensuring that all patients have been moved to another group.

Currently, it is not possible to completely delete a group. However, you can set a group to "stopped," which prevents patients from being linked to that group. Follow these steps to set a group to "stopped":

  1. Navigate to 'Groups':

    • Do this via the sidebar in the Luscii web application.
  2. Select the Group to Stop:

    • Find the group you want to set to "stopped."
  3. Set the Group to Inactive:

    • Under 'Status,' you can set the group to 'Stopped.'

By following these steps, you can stop a group, ensuring no new patients can be linked to it.
