For questions about your health, you should contact your healthcare provider.
In case of an emergency, we always advise calling 112. For less urgent questions, you can contact your healthcare provider via the Home Monitoring app if the hospital has enabled it.
There are different contact options available, depending on what your healthcare provider has set up:

Adding a note to a measurement;

Under 'Self-care' via a 'Contact' action at the top of the window;

Under the 'Messages' menu item;

BeterDichtbij integration, which replaces the 'Messages' menu item.
If none of the options are available, you can only contact your healthcare provider outside of the Luscii App.
Using the "Feedback" option in the Luscii App does not send a message to your healthcare provider but to the developers of the Luscii App.
