Check if Luscii has access to bluetooth

Follow the steps below to check if the Luscii app has access to Bluetooth:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Search for the Luscii app:
    • Tap on the search bar at the top and type "Luscii".
    • Or scroll down until you find the Luscii app.
  3. Tap on Luscii.
  4. Check if the switch next to Bluetooth is green.

Make sure the Bluetooth switch is enabled (green) so the Luscii app can function correctly.

Follow the steps below to check if the Luscii app has access to Bluetooth:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Apps or Applications.
  3. Search for and select Luscii:
    • You can browse through the list or tap the search bar at the top of the page and type "Luscii".
  4. Tap on Permissions.
  5. Check if Bluetooth is enabled. If Bluetooth is not specifically listed, check if the app has access to Device Connections or Connections.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled so the Luscii app can function correctly.

If your measuring device no longer connects to the Luscii app, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Luscii app.

  • Go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Devices’.

  • Select the measuring device and click on ‘Unpair’.

  • Close the Luscii app completely by following these steps:

    For iPhone X and newer

    1. Activate the app switcher by swiping up from the bottom of the Home screen and pausing slightly in the middle of the screen.
    2. Swipe right or left to find the Luscii app.
    3. Swipe up on the preview of the Luscii app to close it.

    For iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and older, and iPod touch

    1. Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
    2. Swipe right or left to find the Luscii app.
    3. Swipe up on the preview of the Luscii app to close it.
  • Turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.

Troubleshooting Error Messages on Your Omron Blood Pressure Monitor

Error Code E1: Air Plug Not Connected or Air Leak in the Cuff

Cause:
The air plug is not properly connected, or air is escaping from the cuff.

Solution:

  • Check the connection of the air plug.
  • Perform a new measurement and remain still until the measurement is complete.

Error Code E2: Cuff is Under- or Over-inflated

Cause:
The cuff around your arm is not correctly inflated.

Solution:

  • Ensure the cuff is properly secured around your arm.
  • Perform a new measurement and remain still until the measurement is complete.

Battery Symbol with a Cross

Cause:
The batteries are nearly depleted.

Solution:

  • Replace all four batteries.
  • Refer to the 'Inserting Batteries' section in the manual for proper battery placement.

No Power / No Display on the Device

Cause:
The device is turned off or the batteries are not correctly installed.

Solution:

  • Check if the device is turned on.
  • Check the installation of the batteries for correct polarity placement.
  • Replace all four batteries with new ones.
  • If the device is powered by an adapter, check if the power cord is properly connected.
