What to do if you forgot to order monitoring equipment for a patient

It is not possible to reorder equipment later via the Luscii application. Follow the steps below to request additional equipment:

  1. Contact Luscii Support:

    • Send an email to Luscii Support at support@luscii.com with the request for additional equipment.
  2. Include the necessary information in the email:

    • For whom it is: Include the name and email of the patient.
    • Which equipment: Specify which equipment needs to be sent.
    • Patient's address: Provide the full address of the patient where the equipment should be sent.
